This is one of the most prestigious awards granted on the campus and recognizes outstanding commitment to teaching and mentoring. Nominations provided perspectives from both students and faculty.
Professor Shaw currently teaches the CHEM 131 Advanced Organic Synthesis course for undergraduates offered in the fall. In addition, The Shaw group has a rich history of undergraduate research and is currently home to three undergraduates working on a variety of projects.
